Reception and presentation by Dr. Elizabeth McClean, Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Organization, University of Arizona.
Dr. McClean’s research on the perception of women in leadership was recently quoted in a New York Times article. She will summarize her research into how others perceive women in leadership and the societal bias in favor of men in leadership roles – even among other women! She will also share additional insights from her research about women and leadership. We are very fortunate to have this opportunity to engage in a dialogue with Dr. McClean.
